Terms of Service

Pod is a Bluetooth device finder application that helps you locate nearby Bluetooth devices using signal-strength detection. The App scans for Bluetooth signals, provides proximity guidance, and records last-seen locations for saved devices.

Pod offers subscription plans and a lifetime purchase option. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. **Free Trial:** Some subscription plans include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the listed price. **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. **Cancellation:** You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. **Price Changes:** We may change subscription prices. You will be notified in advance, and any price change will take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Bluetooth signal strength is an approximation and varies based on environmental factors (walls, interference, device orientation). The App provides proximity guidance, not exact GPS-level location. The App cannot locate devices that are powered off, out of Bluetooth range, or have depleted batteries. Last-seen location data provides the most recent known position, which may not reflect the device's current location. We do not guarantee that you will locate any specific device.

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose of locating your own Bluetooth devices. You may not use the App to track devices belonging to others without their consent, or for any purpose that violates applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProcessFlow, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of or damage to personal property. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
