The App collects the following categories of information: **Device Data (Stored Locally):** Bluetooth device metadata (device names, signal strength, device types) and location data (GPS coordinates of where devices were last detected) are stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers. **Subscription Data:** If you subscribe to Pod, your subscription is managed through a third-party payment processor. We receive anonymous identifiers to manage your subscription status. We do not receive or store your payment details. **Analytics Data:** We use analytics providers to understand how the App is used. This includes anonymous usage events (such as features accessed and session duration) and session recordings. No personally identifiable information is included in analytics events. **Error Data:** We use error reporting services to identify and fix bugs. Error reports may include device model, operating system version, and technical details about the error. No personally identifiable information is included.

The App requests the following device permissions: **Bluetooth:** Required to scan for and locate nearby Bluetooth devices. This is the core functionality of the App. **Location (When In Use):** Used to record where Bluetooth devices were last detected. Location data is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers. **Notifications:** Used to send disconnect alerts when a saved Bluetooth device goes out of range.

The App uses the following categories of third-party services: **Payment Processors:** To manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. **Analytics Providers:** To understand App usage patterns and improve the user experience. Session recording is enabled to help us diagnose usability issues. **Error Reporting Services:** To identify and fix bugs and crashes. These service providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

All Bluetooth device data and location data is stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal data. Uninstalling the App permanently deletes all locally stored data.

Since your device data is stored locally and not transmitted to our servers, you have full control over it at all times. You can delete all data by uninstalling the App. For data held by our third-party service providers (analytics, error reporting, payment processing), you may exercise your rights to access, correction, deletion, and data portability by contacting us. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA. We do not sell personal information.

The App is rated 4+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App does not require an account and stores all data locally on the device.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above.
